All products sold on Website are intended for adults over 18 years old. Despite any and all claims made regarding Website’s products’ health and safety features, including but not limited to “BPA free”, “leach free”, “food grade silicone”, and “FDA Grade Silicone”, all products purchased on Website are to be used solely at your own risk.

These limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitations may not apply to you.

9.) Any disputes must be preliminarily sent in both registered mail and e-mailed to the below addresses. You must first give us the opportunity to resolve your dispute with your name, your physical address, a detailed description of your claim, and a detailed description of the specific relief you seek. You must provide 45 days for us to resolve your dispute from the date we receive your dispute.
