Returns
All Sili-Seedlings products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. All returns must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of package. Please use the adjacent form to submit your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be returned within 30 days of receipt of the package
Be purchased directly from the www.sili-seedlings.com
* For purchases from an authorized dealer / re-seller / Amazon, please contact the reseller directly as we won’t be able to access your payment details. We cannot issue returns from purchases made from a website/retailer other than www.sili-seedlings.com.
Only unused items are eligible for returns. Items returned that appear to be used will not be accepted.
Returns for defective items must be submitted within first 30 days.

Warranty
Our products come with a 1 year warranty. Non-intended uses of the product void all warranties. Warranties are only available for customers who purchased from www.sili-seedlings.com or one of its authorized retailers. Warranty does not cover damages inflicted by abuse, piercing, ripping, cutting, or melting the trays by direct heat.
You must be the original purchaser of the new product from Sili-Seedlings.com or one of its authorized dealers. Proof of purchase is required.
The product must not have been abused, misused, altered, modified, or repaired.
Customers must return product before Sili-Seedlings can provide a replacement. Customers are responsible for warranty exchange shipping. Warranties must be issued in the form of exchange for new product of same kind (no refunds). If we do not have the color you exchange in stock, we will issue you a replacement of equal value.
